Terms of service
These are the rules for using Speedlytics, made by ContractorStack ("we"). By installing or using it, you agree to them. If you use it for a business or agency, you confirm you can agree for that business.
What Speedlytics is
A dashboard inside GoHighLevel that measures lead response, scores sales calls with AI, grades leads, and estimates money lost to missed follow-up.
Your account
- You get access by installing the app from GoHighLevel. Keep your login details safe.
- You are responsible for what the people you give access to do with it.
- An agency can install Speedlytics for its clients. The agency confirms it has the right to do so.
Fees
- Speed to lead and never-called figures are free.
- AI call scoring and AI lead grading are charged per use through your GoHighLevel wallet. The price is shown in GoHighLevel.
- If the wallet is empty, AI features pause until it is topped up. Calls that came in while paused may not be scored later.
- We may change prices. We will give notice before a new price applies.
What you must do
- Follow the law on call recording. Tell callers they may be recorded and agree where required.
- Only connect accounts you are allowed to connect.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around Speedlytics, or look at another account's data.
- Do not use it to harass people or to break the law.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run Speedlytics for you, as described in our privacy policy.
AI and estimates
AI scores, grades and money-left figures are estimates. They can be wrong. They are there to help you decide, not to replace your own judgment. Do not use a score on its own to make employment decisions about a person.
No guarantees
Speedlytics is provided as it is. It depends on GoHighLevel and other providers, so we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We do not promise any particular increase in sales.
Limits on what we owe
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales or indirect damage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending use
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or the service is being misused. We will say why where we can.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell account owners. Using Speedlytics after a change means you accept it.
Problems
If something goes wrong, email support@speedlytics.io first. Most issues are solved quickly that way.
