Privacy policy
This explains what Speedlytics collects, why, and who else touches it. Speedlytics is made by ContractorStack ("we"). Questions: support@speedlytics.io.
The short version
- We only read data from the GoHighLevel accounts that install Speedlytics.
- We use it to show you the dashboard, score calls and grade leads. Nothing else.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train models of our own.
- Call audio is sent for transcription and is not kept by us as audio.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
What we collect
- Account details: the GoHighLevel sub-account and agency IDs, business name, and the name, email and role of each person who uses Speedlytics.
- Lead activity: when leads arrive, where they came from, whether and when they were called, their status, and the first messages used to grade lead quality.
- Calls: call times, length, direction and who took them. If AI call scoring is on, we fetch the recording to transcribe and score it.
- Pipeline and appointments: stage names, job values and booked appointments, used for the results figures and money-left estimates.
- Technical logs: short error and health records. They do not contain transcripts or customer details.
We do not collect payment card details. Billing goes through the GoHighLevel marketplace wallet.
What happens to a call
- GoHighLevel tells us a call ended.
- We fetch the recording and send it to AssemblyAI to be transcribed.
- The transcript is scored by an AI model through AssemblyAI.
- We save the scores and written feedback. The working transcript is removed once the call is saved, and we ask AssemblyAI to delete its copy.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We operate from South Africa.
Who can see your data
- People you give access to inside your sub-account, based on their role.
- The agency that owns your sub-account. An agency sees only its own accounts.
- Us, for support. Our own overview page shows counts and error reasons, not transcripts or customer details. We look at more only when you ask us to help with a problem.
Recording consent
You are responsible for telling people their calls may be recorded and scored, as the law where you operate requires. Some US states need every person on the call to agree. Speedlytics has a setting where you confirm this.
If coaching or report emails are switched on, we email your managers. The email comes from your business name, sent through our address.
How long we keep things
We keep your results while your account is active so you can compare weeks and months. If you uninstall or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
- Turn AI call scoring and AI lead grading off at any time in Setup.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Email support@speedlytics.io. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you are in California or another place with privacy rights, you have these rights and we will honor them.
Children
Speedlytics is for businesses. It is not for anyone under 18.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with the providers above. No system is perfect. If we learn of a problem that affects your data, we will tell you.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell account owners by email.
