Your team missed leads this month.
See exactly which ones.
GoHighLevel records every lead and every call, but it won't tell you who waited three days for a callback. Speedlytics does. It lives inside your account and does the maths for you.
- Speed to lead is free
- AI is pay per use
- Estimates shown as ranges

Three questions GoHighLevel can't answer for you
Your account holds the answers. Nobody has the time to dig them out.
Who never got a call?
Leads arrive all day. Some get dialed in minutes and some just sit there. Speedlytics lists the ones nobody called, so someone can ring them today.
How fast do we actually follow up?
It measures the time from the moment a lead comes in to the first real call. You see it by week and by month, so you can tell whether things are getting better or slipping.
What is it costing us?
You get a range worked out from your own booked and sold history. When there isn't enough history to say anything honest, Speedlytics shows no number at all.
What it does day to day
Every new lead gets a grade
Speedlytics reads each lead as it arrives and marks it A, B or C. A homeowner who gives an address, the job and a timeframe is a different lead from someone who types "how much?" and nothing else.
Your team starts with the leads most likely to become jobs, and the rest wait their turn.
New leadsExample data
Every sales call, scored
Calls are transcribed and judged against your own rules and script, with a short note on what went well and what to fix. You don't need to sit through an hour of recordings to know who needs help on Monday.
AI call scoring is a switch in Setup. You choose when it runs.
Estimate callExample data
Every client on one table
Agencies see all of their clients together: leads, speed, calls scored, booked, sold and the money left, with the biggest leak at the top.
It also flags clients whose wallet is empty, so the AI doesn't quietly stop working on an account and nobody notices.
Needs a lookExample data
Four people, four mornings
Who opens it, and what they do next.
Rings the missed leads before nine
Opens Speedlytics with a coffee, sees which leads nobody called, and has someone dial them first thing.
Picks who needs a chat
Looks at last week's scored calls and finds the one rep whose calls are slipping, with the notes to back it up.
Sees how their own calls went
Opens their own page, reads the notes on each call, and works on one thing at a time. Managers also get a weekly summary by email.
Finds the leaking account first
Scans the Clients table, spots the account that's losing money, and messages the client before they've noticed.
GoHighLevel on its own, and with Speedlytics
Same account. Same data. A lot less guessing.
Getting started
Nothing to export and no tracking code to paste.
Install it
Add Speedlytics to GoHighLevel and open it inside a sub-account.
Let it read
It pulls leads, calls and bookings from that account. You don't upload anything.
Switch on what you want
Speed to lead works from the start. AI scoring and grading are switches in Setup, and you only pay for what runs.
What it costs
Speed to lead and never-called leads are free.
AI call scoring and AI lead grading are charged per use through your GoHighLevel wallet, and the price shows up inside GoHighLevel where you can check it. If the wallet runs dry, the AI pauses until you top it up. Everything else keeps working.
You can stop any time by uninstalling the app, and the charges stop with it.
Questions people ask
Do I have to turn the AI on?
No. Speed to lead, never-called leads and the results figures work without it. AI call scoring and AI lead grading are separate switches in Setup.
Can I trust the money-left number?
Treat it as an estimate. It comes from your own booked and sold history and always shows as a range. When there isn't enough history, Speedlytics says so and shows nothing, because a made-up number would do more harm than no number.
What happens to my call recordings?
Each recording is transcribed and scored. The working transcript is removed once the call is saved, and we ask the transcription service to delete its copy. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Who can see my data?
The people you give access to, and the agency that owns your sub-account. An agency only ever sees its own accounts. Our own overview page shows counts and error reasons, not transcripts or customer details.
I run an agency. Do my clients see each other?
No. Each client sees only their own account, and the Clients table is for agency admins only.
Do my reps have to change how they work?
No. Speedlytics reads what is already in GoHighLevel. Your reps keep calling the way they do today.
Are the AI scores always right?
No, and they shouldn't be used on their own to make decisions about a person. They're there to help a manager decide where to look first.
